We are proud of our abilities to maintain, repair and OH propeller systems for our customers. We offer industry leading turn-times for composite
and metal propellers, at a service level typically offered by a smaller family run business.

Safe Air Australia has both EASA and CASA certifications for propeller overhaul.

We also have the ability to travel to the customer to carry out MRO activities. We can also assist do on-site repairs and assembly/ dis-assembly of propellers. We regularly travel around NZ, Australia and South East Asia assisting our customers.
The value in operating propellers includes our customers’ knowledge, and hence we offer opportunities for customers to work with us to encourage education and cost savings. This includes education in onsite disassembly, repairs etc.

If you bring in the propeller, we can measure the blade dimensions for free, to ensure they will pass overhaul. Only once viability has been established will we start to incur hours on a job.
