Conveniently located on the outskirts of Blenheim Airport, New Zealand, SAFE Air’s Propeller Service Centre offers a wide range of services and capabilities on composite and metal propellers and their components.
Our dedicated, highly specialised team is able to perform inspections and repairs, complete overhauls, technical support and new sales for leading manufacturers.
SAFE Air’s Prop Shop is one of the largest in the Southern Hemisphere. It is fully equipped with sophisticated technology to provide a superior standard of propeller servicing – and all on-site. This includes our electroplating facility, NDT service, machine shop, paint booth, composite repair shop, balance rooms and test rig room. We also offer shot peening and cold rolling services. Additionally, SAFE Air offers blade anodising for long term corrosion protection specifically for the harsh New Zealand environment.
Complete on-site capability means SAFE Air provides a fast, efficient turn-around for our customers, however big or small your requirements.
Safe Air Australia provides a fast and efficient service to repair and overhaul all types of metal and composite propellers and is the only Hamilton Sundstrand-approved facility in Australia. Safe Air Australia is fully equipped including non-destructive and hydromatic testing.
