Airframe Services
Three 3700m2 hangars provide space for five large aircraft.

Component services
We provide a comprehensive aircraft component repair and overhaul service, including full testing and calibration. In addition to propellers, engines, electrical components and instruments, our capability includes undercarriage assemblies, hydraulic disk brakes, pneumatic components, torque struts, flap gearboxes, trim tab actuators, flap carriages, engine mounts, external fuel tanks, wheels, actuators and filters.

Component repair and overhaul can be undertaken on site or outsourced to our approved third parties using our component management service.
Support services
Our comprehensive range of airframe and component maintenance support services and approvals provides a one-stop solution. This saves time and overall maintenance costs.
Services include engineering design, component manufacture, electroplating, machining and grinding, heat treatment, plasma spray, welding and other specialist services.
Technical data and parts sourcing
We maintain strong relationships with key manufacturers, suppliers and parts distributors. This gives us access to essential technical data, reduced replacement part lead times and preferential pricing. We have formal relationships with Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Derco, Kaman Aerospace and Kellstrom Industries.
